Owning a Buff & Coat franchise is a step-by-step process.

• Complete the Franchise Information Request Form and send it to Buff & Coat, Inc.
• After preliminary approval, based on the information provided, potential franchisees are invited to participate in a phone discussion to talk about locations, how to operate a franchised business, training, and specifics about the investment. Any questions will be answered at this stage.
• Following the next level of approval, Buff & Coat provides the necessary legal documents for review: the Franchise Disclosure Document and Franchise Agreement.
• Franchise applicants sign the Acknowledgment of Receipt and return it to Buff and Coat.
• Franchisees may at this point contact other franchisees in the system to learn more about the actual operation of a franchised Buff & Coat Hardwood Floor Refinishing Business.
• Franchisees visit one of the Buff & Coat facilities to meet the management team, staff, and support personnel.
• Following the site visit, Buff & Coat, Inc. conducts a final review of the application and franchisees are notified of the results.
• Buff & Coat signs the Franchise Agreement and once financial obligations are met, formal training begins*, covering all aspects of running a successful Buff & Coat franchise.
